The Story of Rock Jungle CrossFit. For our first year of doing CrossFit, we trained with a highly experienced Olympic Lifter so we would learn correct form and technique with the Olympic Lifts (Clean and Jerk, and Snatch). We did CrossFit workouts out in our garage while we were in the process of opening our West End facility, Rock Jungle Fitness. We loved CrossFit so much and couldn’t imagine RJF without it, so we got certified to start coaching! Mon - Fri 9:30am - 11pm. Sat 8am - 10pm. Sun 10am - 8pm.

RJF West Waiver | Rock Jungle Crossfit

The Waiver can be completed online prior to visiting RJF West. All RJF West Guests must have a waiver form completely filled out and signed in order to use the facility. Participants under the age of 18 years must have the waiver filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Forms signed by anyone other than a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted. Incomplete, unsigned, or fraudulent forms will not be accepted. A PDF version of the waiver is available for download here. Sat 8am - 10pm.
