Rabble rabble rabble – Jed's Blog. Tassie is getting colder and wetter. I’ve lost my psych atm still trying to get it back but my dodgy left ankle is slowing me down, it’s been wet the last 2x weekends, it’s dark after work but all i need to do is find a route to inspire me again and all will be fine. Biggest news is Claire purposed to me, we’re engaged. The main event isn’t going to happen any time soon. To quote an email Claire send her mom. A few weeks ago a few of us went to Coles Bay. Also went to m...

Rabble rabble rabble – Jed's Blog. Ja Arco, Nein Italia. When I decided to go to Arco I thought I was traveling to a little city in the north of Italy. Alas upon arriving I found out that Arco is now under the occupation of the Deutsch. No one speaks Italian, just German. I don’t know how they did it without the press finding out. I can only guess that it is some kind of cover up. 2 days till I start my journey home, back on Sun 12th and back to the 1’s and 0’s on Mon 13th. Torbole and Garda Lake. Jeff b...

Rabble rabble rabble – Jed's Blog. We’re still in Gorge Du Verdon. We’ve done a few 150m routes which have been fun. I’ve tried top roping a 6c and a 6c (22 and 23) I couldn’t do the crux of the 6c but my neck isn’t getting any worse so that’s good. Claire on the last pitch of “Afin que nul ne meure” 6a (19) 150m. We decided to do the tourist thing and went on a canyon day trip. Wasn’t very extreme but it was fun sliding and jumping down the water falls. Claire jumping into a hole Canyoning. You are comm...

Rabble rabble rabble – Jed's Blog. Europe is it…. Once a year I can afford to go overseas. This year I’ve come to Europe to see what it’s all about. Well that wasn’t the initial reason; Claire was going to be coming back here to study, she’s not doing that now but that’s the reason I’m in Europe in the hottest time of the year. I started the trip by meeting Claire’s family near Manchester, good bunch, felt very welcome, so she’ll keep🙂. Claire walking up the valley. 8220;Face Au Public” 5b (14). Not muc...
