Sunday, June 20, 2010. My mom and I just returned from an amazing trip to NYC. Miles was a big help at the airport. Miles has a new obsession. Taxis! One of the main things I wanted to do in NYC was to eat at a raw food restaurant. We went to Pure Food and Wine, a vegan restaurant where nothing is cooked over 118 degrees in order to preserve enzymes and nutrients in the food. Sunday, October 17, 2010. Unexpected Trip to Oklahoma. My Dad had heart surgery last week. He did great! Miles and I went to Oklahoma to cheer him on. While we were there Miles saw some friends. Hannah, Miles and Bennett at the pumpkin patch- instant friends! Checking out Bailey's bike. It's a two seater! He got his very own seat on the plane! Thursday, December 17, 2009. My crazy little man. He has learned to go to the door when I say "Are you ready? Helping us rake leaves. His first bus trip, Boulder to DIA. His first Sam Moon Experience. This shiny packing material was his favorite toy of the trip. It kept him busy for a good half hour! I'm pretty sure he is checking Hannah out. Helping Mom and me wrap a present. A boy after my own heart (and in my old chair). We went to Bass Pro Shop to see Santa (and his elves, reindeer, and 4-wheeler).

Monday, August 30, 2010. Miles and I went to Oklahoma for a lovely weekend. I was so happy to see this was still around. Back in Boulder County at the fair. We camped in Iowa on our way to Wisconsin. There was a playground right across from our campsite. It was perfect! With Gramma on the pontoon. They have an amazing zoo. The animals are all quite tame. Miles was excited about the goats. Feeding the bear, yes you read that right, feeding the bear. Oh, and did I mention he's a climber?
