Thursday, October 3, 2013. So I'm about 6 months behind on this blog, but I am going to do my best to remember what we were doing. Thank goodness for pictures! We kept the Owen part as a surprise for Grandma Arlene! So for a week, the boys had their fun in Idaho, and Malia and I had a girls week in NYC! Although we all missed each other, we had a good time too! Grandpa makes a mean waffle! Waiting for the train. Walk through Central Park. She was so excited for our adventure! The egg is made from Daisies!

Tuesday, March 26, 2013. We started off our February with a huge load of snow. On the bright side, this means that the temperatures were warmer than in January. We actually had blizzard warnings! But just like before, we live in one of the best parts of Brooklyn and were pretty protected from the elements! All of this snow came from just one hour. Our terrace the next morning. Well, the park that is just 2 blocks away is a GREAT place to play in the snow! The sidewalks were shoveled, but that's no fun!

Monday, January 28, 2013. Season's greetings from the City! We had a fun December visiting a few of the sites, and lights for Christmas! We didn't see all of them, but we had to save some for next year right? The first thing we did was visit the famous Macy's Santa on 34th street! Clint was finished with a class one Wednesday by 1 so the kids and I hoped on the train to meet him and head up to see Santa. The story goes that St. Denis was the bishop of Paris back in the 600s and was martyred by being beheaded.
