Minty Green Medic: Week 4
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2012/07/week-4.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Monday, 9 July 2012. How on earth is it week 4 already? I'm well over half-way now! My desire to do some good is still there, but I'm just not sure how to channel it- I need to discuss with Dawn about some child health leaflets- I get the impression they would be best if they were also in Maori so I'd need someone to translate. Love, Jess xxx. Dr Erhumu - twitter@drerhumu. 11 July 2012 at 03:12. What a fun life you have! View my complete profile.

Minty Green Medic: February 2013
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Friday, 1 February 2013. Making progress on the VLE. We had a whole afternoon 2-5pm, refreshments and lunch galore, and we had 6 students and 4 staff members to really get to the bottom of how to make the whole VLE better and more user friendly. In the discussion we covered a huge number of issues linked to the VLE, learning, course organisation and even student welfare, and it was so refreshing to feel listened to as an equal about my learning.

Minty Green Medic: #Ukmeded : National Finals
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2013/03/ukmeded-national-finals.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Wednesday, 6 March 2013. Ukmeded : National Finals. Another #Ukmeded introduction to a chat post from me. This week's topic is to be National Finals, and I'm hoping to focus a little more on the more moral question of: are they something we should consider, rather than on the practicalities of implementing any such scheme. Http:/ student.bmj.com/student/view-article.html? I am going to leave it there on my own opinions for just now, and suggest a few...

Minty Green Medic: VLEs, Medportal and #ukmeded
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2012/12/vles-medportal-and-ukmeded.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Thursday, 6 December 2012. VLEs, Medportal and #ukmeded. In my humble opinion the Cambridge VLE is completely unfit for purpose. I tried taking some screen shots to show you why but as you'll discover from this post they were too complicated to make much sense! Lets discuss the things I'd want from a VLE and why I think the Cambridge one fails on many of them. 1) A clear and informative front page. Here is my one screen shot:. Timetables: In base hos...

Minty Green Medic: December 2010
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Friday, 24 December 2010. Merry Christmas from a snowy Kilmacolm! Links to this post. Sunday, 12 December 2010. So I haven't posted anything here for a really really long time. I don't really have a good reason for that either, well I have a good reason for not posting this week, but last week I have no excuse for. I actually has to go and read the post to find out what I had said. So, sorry. In the meantime here is my christmas list again: http:/ ww...

Minty Green Medic: February 2011
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Thursday, 10 February 2011. Catch Up 3: Back to Cambridge. First of all, sorry I didn't post yesterday, I was busy rescuing David who had hurt his knee at "Manly Circuits" and now can't walk. Also you may have noticed that there are now adverts here, basically if I make any. Money from them I'll donate it to the Sponsor a seat fund. Back to the point, I've filled you in on the end of Mich term and the holidays so on to the first few weeks of this term.

A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Tuesday, 17 July 2012. I sit here and can only marvel that I've only got 10 full days left on this island. I've settled into such a nice routine and I've got so used to being here I barely even notice the ubiquitous crowing of the roosters! Week 5 turned out to be a bit of a wash out! Minty Green Medic: Week 7
http://mintygreenmedic.blogspot.com/2012/08/week-7.html
A Cambridge graduate making my way as a junior Doctor. Wednesday, 1 August 2012. It seems a long time ago since I last wrote, and things are pretty different too- instead of writing from the little internet shack in Raro instead I'm writing this on David's laptop in a hotel room in California. Our final proper weekend in Raro we finished off our souvenir shopping at the market, and had to do a couple of laps of the market before we were all satisfied we had what we wanted and needed! Hi Minty, I nominate...
