Tuesday, August 29, 2006. Thankfully, Jeff and Cydele were at our house to watch the kids so Gil could come and get me! I appreciate it guys! Jeff left shortly after since he had to be up at 3 am for work. Cydele stayed and helped do the 10:00 feeding since I couldn't have done it. It's really hard not being able to pick them up and hold them. I'm sure this week or so will feel like forever! Even if Gil put them on my lap, I would be afraid one of them might move too quick or touch where my incisions are.

Tonight, Eli pooped in the bath - while it was full of water and he was supposed to be getting clean.  I was not exactly speechless - but definitely at a loss of what to do at first! Friday, June 16, 2006. A friend wrote recently about our changing culture both inside and outside of the church. The comments made were many and varied, but I couldn’t help but notice one in particular that talked about "truth" and that the way to really know the truth, is to diligently read and study the bible. I thought about that comment and wondered? So, what about Christians in other parts of the world where they don't have a bible? And yet those churches are growing by leaps and bounds, unlike ours.
