I have lived in Rochester Hills my entire life (21 years), but have failed to ever make it to the downtown Fire and Ice Festival that has been going on for the past four years. This year I scheduled it in my planner and made sure I didn’t miss it! I was home for the weekend because I had to work on Saturday so the timing of it couldn’t have been more perfect!
