Road to Ironman Arizona 2008: Ironman
http://db-ironman.blogspot.com/2008/04/ironman.html
Road to Ironman Arizona 2008. Tuesday, April 22, 2008. I did it. The Ironman, that is. I swam 2.4 miles. I cycled 112 miles. And then I ran a marathon, 26.2 miles. I finished in 12 hours, 48 minutes and 57 seconds. What an experience. I have learned so much through this experience. The thought of trying to put it all in to words has deterred me from starting this post, but I'll do my best to give you my take on everything. 1) I trained a long time for the Ironman. 3) I completed the Ironman. When I first...

online diary for the masses | d.o.: a (quarter) milestone
http://derrickoliver.blogspot.com/2007/10/quarter-milestone.html
This one almost came and went like your odometer rolling over 100,000 miles and you looking at it on mile 100,002. Luckily, almost doesn't count. I caught it just in time. We have avoided a great disaster today my friends. As many of you know, things here at odfm started way back on May Fool's Day, 2005, with a debut post most have never read and the rest have forgotten. Thai Adventures: The sand between my toes...
http://brookebrandon.blogspot.com/2009/07/sand-between-my-toes.html
Wednesday, July 01, 2009. The sand between my toes. What is the first thing you want to do when you learn how to walk? My 11 year-old friend, Nat, answered, "Go to the beach! Nat wants to know what it's like to run along the shore and feel the sand between his toes. Nat was born pre-mature with cerebral palsy. http://kellynall.blogspot.com/2008/07/shopping-for-time.html
Got no use for fancy words. Saturday, July 05, 2008. Okay, so I'm not as cool on the technology as my friend D.O., but there is an AMAZING book that needs to be reviewed.thus Shopping for Time. This Carolyn Mahaney read is phenomenal AND it's about 90 pages long! Big highlights that have been huge in my life:. I share this because since I have read the book, I have given it to multiple other women in my life and seen radical transformation! May the Lord bless you as you read and let me know how it goes!
