Life, health and happiness. January 3, 2012. January 3, 2012. 2011 went extremely fast! I can’t believe we’re back to January. It’s been a great year; a lot of firsts. This time last year is when I made the decision, that I was going to get healthy and happy ASAP. I think when you really make that decision in your head, it’s easier to get a jump start.
