Monday, December 2, 2013 @ Eat. Food and I have developed a bit of a complicated relationship. And as my shame grows my portions shrink. My Dad yelled at me and said until I wake up and eat normally I will never be a doctor with this attitude. Today I learned that the average person eats about 2000 calories to survive. I used to think it was 1500 and I tried to go below 1000. I don't even know where I got the number 1500. My hands are shaking now and I think maybe I should eat something. My Other Blog (2).
