院內生活篇 | Control Psoriasis 控制牛皮癬

由於大部份住院病人都不是第一次來, 而且大多是除了牛皮癬外都是身強體健的, 所以醫院給予很大的自由度, 日常生活絕大部份都是DIY的(自行處理). 入院時, 護士會幫忙弄好床舖, 以後每早要自己整理好, 找儲存倉主管拿一條房間門的鑰匙, 需要棉襖或是熱水壺也是自行去拿, 付押金便是. 2人房及3人房有電視的, 看電視要每天付1元, 或是付機頂盒押金200元. 入院時醫生寫好藥單自行去配藥房取藥. 每周指定時間把枕頭套床單及被套拿去儲存倉更換, 如果穿舊病服的話也是每幾天更換, 穿新病服的話請自行清洗. 每周至少有一天做大清潔, 一群護士請你整理好床舖. 每天早上拆藥後連同垃圾自行掃出門外, 約8時有人來掃, 房內的清潔由房內病人負責. 每天7:00至11:00是溫泉水療時間, 基本安排是2人用1池, 先後次序自己商議, 醫生在星期一至五早上8時開會, 約9時開始是見病人時間, 每醫生負責幾間病房約10多個病人, 有醫生會到病房找病人, 病人也可主動去醫生辦公室找主診醫生, 例如看看皮膚狀況或是開藥單買藥. 有需要的病人, 每天13:30在房內或者到診療室吊針. 回: 治療方法 – 近期.

就在麥當勞對面的巴士站坐6路公車, 幾個站便到達一九五醫院的大閘, 進去會先看到3座民居, 上面招牌是”195錦秀佳園”, 後來得知是醫護人員的集資房. 往前一點是門診部大樓, 再向前走是一條不很好的路, 旁邊有一座應該已建成而未入伙的大樓, 後來得知是新醫院大樓. 再住前行有幾座2層高的樓房, 便是住院部了. 下午約1:30, 進入皮膚科大樓便看到護士辦公室, 進去道明來意, 被告知2:30才可以辦入院手續, 看到我的姓名已經寫在xx號床的小牌上, 便到花園坐一會兒. 與其苦悶, 便到大樓內走走, 找到了xx號床的y號房間, 入內跟兩位同房打個招呼, 他們都是湖北人, 都是老病號(不是第一次來)了. 剛昨天日本大地震, 邊聊邊看電視, 時間過得很快. 下午5時便跟同房病友到飯堂吃晚飯, 飯後看一會兒電視, 約8時便躺在床上想睡了, 可是一來陌生床, 二來兩位同房鼻鼾聲很強, 睡得不好. 1 visitors online now. 年代久遠, 有些時間次序可能有點出入, 大概情況如下:. 大約是12-22歲的時候, 頭皮是一直地多, 前額近髮邊仍未有出現牛皮癬徵狀, 即使每日洗頭也有很多頭皮, 用過很多去頭皮的洗頭水, 包括” Rejoice. 8220;, “ Head and Shoulders. 8220;, 後來西醫介紹買藥用洗頭水” Fongitar髮潔達. 8220;, 中醫亦給予中藥配方洗頭水, 效果都不太明顯. 後來使用相信是最溫和的” Johnson Baby. 8220;及多用清水沖洗, 可能不太刺激而少了痕癢及頭皮, 一直使用至今. 到了2000年, 約24歲, 因公司的保險能以60元去見專科醫生, 於是便去了中環的皮膚專科, 已忘了名字, 是保險公司指定的. 去過幾次, 說是 脂溢性皮炎. 給予藥膏塗以及開了抗敏感藥, 吃了很想睡覺的. 後來因為辭了職, 而且要考試讀書, 沒有再去覆診了. 約2001年, 到政府診所看街症, 也是說脂溢性皮炎, 開了洗頭水, 告訴醫生藥水冇效, 請他寫了轉介信去見專科, 要排期. 其間, 因踢到而右腳指甲破損流血, 之後指甲變厚, 到私家醫生, 說是灰甲, 開了 灰甲.

我對飲食要求不高, 亦喜愛味道濃烈菜式, 出發前亦預算了湖北菜又濃又辣的了. 先說說醫院飯堂早午晚3餐有甚麼, (括號)內的是人民幣價格. 早餐: 白粥(1), 豆漿(1), 饅頭(0.5), 花卷(0.5), 油條=油炸鬼(1), 油餅(0.7), 湯麵(2.5), 湯粉(2.5), 熱干麵(2.5), 肉包(1.5), 辣蘿蔔乾(0), 咸菜(0). 午餐: 肉類1款(5), 例如紅燒雞/鴨/魚/豬肉; 湯1款, 例如蕃茄蛋花/海帶排骨/蓮藕排骨等等(5); 菜幾款, 例如豆腐/大白菜=黃芽白/豆角/菜心/蠶豆/土豆絲=炒薯仔絲/茄子/椰菜花/蒜苗/菰/蘿蔔絲等等(3). 另有蒸餸例如粉蒸肉/扣肉(6). 晚餐跟午餐差不多. 因為天冷又下雨, 差不多整個月都在醫院飯堂吃. 叫外賣的話, 價錢約8-15元/餸, 不過我沒吃過, 因我怕送到來菜都冷了. 病友說比飯堂好吃. 出外吃的話, 醫院門外便有小吃店及飯店, 向左多走10分鐘是潛山路步行街, 有很多選擇, 向右走15分鐘是溫泉路步行街, 有很多小店及街頭檔攤, 亦有KFC及麥當勞. 回: 治療方法 – 近期.
