Open everyday from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm. 530 West Main St. Cowboy Blues opened in February of 2001, with a vision of creating Escalante's best eating experience. Located at the west end of town in an older building that had gone through many changes, it was the ideal setting for a western-style restaurant. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors as well as take in the great scenery for which Escalante is famous.
