Monday, August 03, 2015. In which I think about the past week and high school and all the things. Now that I have written all of this, I see that it is surprisingly long. That's a warning :). My life is super full. I know it could be MORE full - if I, for example, had a job outside my home or more children (GASP) or various other problems. I do recognize that there are people with busier lives than me. But for me, for now, I feel on the verge of overwhelmed 80% of the time. Maybe more? He had so much fun!

Sunday, August 30, 2015. The week of school beginnings. The first day of school is so dang exciting. I know I have always loved the anticipation of it - new teachers, new friends, new supplies. I also like change, so I always appreciated the move from summer to fall for that reason too. This year all you bigs were in the same schools - Sheely, you're a SOPHOMORE now, Xavier, you're heading into 7th grade and Preston, you are "king of the school" in 5th! We had home visits with your PRESCHOOL TEACHERS!
