Monday, December 2, 2013. I had been shopping for a quatrefoil mirror to put in my entry hall. I'm quite obsessed with that shape, and it's very trendy right now. I found one with a black frame at Hobby Lobby, and at half off, I could feel good about my purchase. Which I did, until I saw one I liked even better at Kohl's. I'm sure this has happened to you. Here is the original finish. Black, shiny and (gasp! Here is what you need! First step is covering up the mirror! I used left over packing paper.

I thought they were appropriate for me because, well, I'm hot ninety percent of each day. But, I'm sure the name refers to the "hot" pink color. Wednesday, June 20, 2012. I knew a beach-themed tablescape would challenge me. Beach related items. Be found in Colorado, but I had a budget in mind, since I will not have many uses for them. I found some items on clearance, but who wants a seagull on a stick with a broken beak? I made some signs to prove my point! I went to Michael's and bought a bag of shells, some starfish, a net, and a bag of crushed shells. Time to get crafty! I hope you enjoy! I painted the starfish and strung them up with the jars.

Sunday, November 27, 2011. PT is no F.U.N! I managed to hobble around for three weeks before deciding I needed to go to the doctor. His recommendation? Three weeks of physical therapy, and if there is no improvement, an MRI. I was really looking forward to my first appointment. I had physical therapy after I broke my collar bone and I still remember the heating and icing treatments, and the deep tissue massages administered by a young attractive pro cyclist named Matt. He needs the jumper cable treatment!
