Among other charges, he was charged with burglarizing someone’s house on October 12, 2012 and again on October 21, 2012. Did Dan Powell hold out for felony convictions? Of course not. Paulley was allowed to plead out to four misdemeanor theft counts. Instead of facing decades in prison? Paulley now just faces a few months in jail.
