Inside there is a restaurant, gift shop, and flower shop. Outside, (mostly) foreign shoppers barter with local vendors for the best prices. I read everything I can get my hands on about orphanage models, domestic and transracial adoption, attachment disorders, children from “hard places”, and the list goes on.
