I want to encourage all of you to come to Crossfit in our absence. Stephen has prepared some kick butt WODS and Patti is going to coach. We will be running the 7am and 4pm class as normal. We will also be running the 9am and 10am classes on Saturday. So, just because we are away does not mean YOU can just PLAY! Come to Crossfit and make us PROUD! 1 400 m run.

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Pork Tenderloin - Crock pot style. We made Pork Tenderloin last night and it was great! For all you people that overcook pork, I suggest you try this recipe! Thank you to Tom and Nancy for introducing us to this recipe! 1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin. 1 (1 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix. 3/4 cup red wine (whatever you like to drink). 3 tablespoons minced garlic. 3 tablespoons soy sauce (we used low sodium). Freshly ground black pepper to taste. Monday, April 4, 2011. 1 lb ground beef.

Thursday, March 11, 2010. Since I was a kid watching my dad complete 50 milers I have wanted to to do the same. Last year I finished my first 50k in May. I had a lot of doubt that I could do it. But I completed it stronger than I thought that I would. I was excited and thrilled to complete something that I had never done before. 2010 I will run my first 50 miler! Does This Bacon Make Me Look Fit? Monday, January 21, 2013. Amazing Morning at CrossFit Champions! There are some days that things all fall in to place. This morning my 6:00 am crew was on fire! Doubleunders were stringing together like never before, handstand push ups were looking great, dumbbell hang power cleans were beautiful! I loved seeing all of this happen for my athletes! It was such a great way to start my day, and theirs. On a totally different yet CrossFit. We are not your average family!

Monday, March 14, 2011. We got this recipe from http:/ www.paleoplan.com/. And it has become one of our favorite "go to" meals each week. 1 TBS coconut oil. 15 -175lb of ground bison (you can sub ground beef or venison). 1/2 Onion, chopped. 2 1/2 cups celery, chopped. 1 12 oz. jar of salsa (any brand you prefer or make it fresh). 1 8 oz. can of tomatoes. 2 tsp chili powder. 2 tsp thyme leaves. 2 tsp sea salt. 1/4 cup green chilis (optional). Add your meat, cumin, thyme, and chili powder.
