Cos'è / Calendario Lezioni. Le classi on ramp. Rappresentano un percorso introduttivo, fondamentale per poter fruire al meglio delle classi standard. Si tratta di 4 settimane. Impostate specificamente sugli esercizi Fondamentali del CrossFit (Squat, Press, Deadlift, Pull – ups). E’ un vero e proprio iter propedeutico, obbligatorio ed essenziale. Ai fini dell’apprendimento dei gesti e dei movimenti che caratterizzano il CrossFit. Le lezioni on ramp si devono prenotare. L / Pull – Ups. V / Pull – Ups.
