It is yummy and full of nutrients! 1 lb ground beef. 1 lb ground turkey. 1 t marjoram (if you don't have it just omit it) it does taste great with it though! 1 red onion, finely diced. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1/2 T sea salt. 2 t ground black pepper. 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste. 1 T dried basil or 1/2 fresh basil.
