Tomorrow is the OFFICIAL start of our 30 day Paleo Challenge being hosted at Pure Athletics (CrossFit North Vancouver). I say OFFICIAL, because Dave and I have been almost perfect Paleo since coming home from the hospital (15 days ago) after the birth of our baby girl. All kidding aside, the health of our baby was the most important thing to both Dave and me. I PUT ON 62.5 lbs!
