CrossFit Fanatic and Endurance Athlete. July 25, 2015. July 25, 2015. Friday, July 24. Luke’s BFF, Wilson, is visiting, so he didn’t go to the box with me Thursday or Friday. The box seems somehow empty and I find that I’m constantly looking for him. I coached the first 3 sessions and then worked out with the 9:30 athletes. I was very much looking forward to this workout, and I wasn’t disappointed. Every 35 seconds for 30 rounds. Complete 5 wall ball shots. Happy is sung 26 times. Down is sung 12 times.

CrossFit Fanatic and Endurance Athlete. June 30, 2015. I coached all sessions but 9:30; thus, that’s the session I attended. Coach Doza led the session! He’s really coming into his own. 30 Bodyweight Back Squats (Time). 4-8-12-12-8-4 strict pull-ups and KB SDHPs (53/35). Run 400m after each round. As pull-ups and running aren’t much of a challenge, I used a 70# KB for SDHPs. I hit my chin on the last rep of the first round of 8. Ouch! Six hours later and my chin is still a little sore. I prd annie, 50-40-30-20-10 double unders and abmat sit ups. Sub ten, which has taken me a considerable amount of time to get to. I was sick for a good week. At Coach Jen’s suggestion, the coaches meet the first Monday of the month to work out together, with one coach in charge of programming and leading the session. As it was Coach Jen’s suggestion, she got to lead the first session. As Coach Jen programmed the workout, I knew it would include cleans. 20 GHD or Abmat sit-ups.
