Not only did I get it but it felt pretty solid as well! 3 Rounds – For Time. 25 Wall Ball (or DB Thrusters) 10lb. Time Cap: 15 min.

August 7, 2012:. 8211; Burgener Warm-Up. Because they are a weakness of mine. I started off using the 24′ box and completed 5 sets of 5 on each leg. I then moved over to a bench and added 2 10lb plates. These were definitely a bit harder to complete. I did 2 sets of 5 on each leg. Olympic Lifting –. 33lb x 2 reps. 53lb x 2 reps.
