Crossing The Road with Kim

Crossing The Road with Kim. Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Every trip to Uganda is unique and just when I think I have seen it all, God opens my eyes to more needs. Toward the end of the trip we were in the midst of a medical clinic at the Village of Eden when a woman walks in with her sick baby. At first glance I see what looked like a tiny newborn all bundled up but the child was actually two months old and emaciated. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. It has been an exciting and challenging month of ministy!

Crossing The Road with Kim: Crossing The Road

http://crossingtheroadwithkim.blogspot.com/2011/10/crossing-road.html

Crossing The Road with Kim. Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Welcome to my blog and thanks for following my journey. Why Crossing The Road? It all goes back to Luke 10:30-37. God commands us to be good neighbors and to help others. Over the last year I have been on a journey to discover what happens when you choose to Cross The Road and how it has changed my life. I look forward to sharing my experiences and what I learned when willing to leave my comfort zone to serve others. October 16, 2011 at 8:52 PM.

Crossing The Road with Kim: Jigger Digger

http://crossingtheroadwithkim.blogspot.com/2012/10/jigger-digger.html

Crossing The Road with Kim. Wednesday, October 31, 2012. It has been an exciting and challenging month of ministy! I started off the month of October in Uganda. A church from Kentucky and some individuals donated the funding needed to provide shoes and socks for every student and teacher in one of our bush schools. Over 400 pairs in all. You see, most of the children do not own shoes and go through their daily routine barefoot. At the end of the week, our new social worker in Uganda did a wonderful job a...

Crossing the River Sorrow – One Nurse's Story

Crossing the River Sorrow. One Nurse's Story. October 25, 2016. Christians support for Donald Trump is one of the many enigmas of the 2016 Presidential Election. In the Sermon on the Mount Christ called his followers to be humble, merciful, pure and peaceful. Platforms of Hillary Clinton, which espouse concern for victims of every ilk, yet support policies that fail to recognize the human face of the aborted child, who routinely lose their lives as defenseless victims.
