A less interesting bit is this new gentleman that approached me on OkCupid. I had actually hidden myself on OkCupid but he had apparently put me in his favourites which gets around the hiding and he approached me a couple of weeks ago. It bothers his neck and his lower back so he has taken to sleeping on the couch when he comes over to my place. This is completely not optimal in my opinion. It really weirds me out to have him sleeping on the couch. Will it be too soft? Will my lower back pain go away? Will Mr. Intelligent finally be happy with the bed?

It has just been over two weeks since Mr. Intelligent has decided that he wanted more than friends. I won’t have any problems remembering this date since it happened on Thanksgiving. And when he decides something, he isn’t wishy washy about it. He has jumped in with both feet. He cleared an evening and spent it with me because he knew I was super upset by something. Thoughtful beyond belief.

We skiied on President’s Day weekend. I bought Mr. Intelligent a private lesson for Valentine’s Day and scheduled his lesson for that Saturday morning. The weather was freaking awesome! The instructor finally said I was out of Level 5 and into Level 6. Woohoo! The big hike is at the end of April. Mortgage Goal: Lop off 12 years.

For awhile it seemed as though LMA was the one that was copying BBZ and following him around in desperation to get him to play. Now I see that BBZ was just watching LMA from a distance. They both sit at the table across from each other and peak under the table. They both love to sit and thumb through the books for several minutes. And clearly, they just love each other. What's not to love?

Tomorrow, the two boys and I are traveling across country on an 8-hour plane ride to visit Gramma and Pop-pop in California. I'm insane, right? Two kids by myself on a plane for 8 hours straight? But the positive side is that when we get off the plane, we are going to have a wonderful time! Or at least I better. Is that not cool?
