TWO 14.5 oz diced tomatoes (I chose the roasted w/ spices). TWO cans of kidney beans. 1 cup chicken broth. 2 TBSP chili powder. Place the spices in a bowl and stir. Melt in your mouth, Parmesean Chicken Breast. February 18, 2016. 1/2 TBSP garlic powder. Italian style bread crumbs. Place chicken breast in a rectangular casserole-type glass dish. Mix together the mayo, garlic powder and parmesean then place evenly on top of each chicken breast. Generously sprinkle bread crumbs over the white mixture until completely covered. Cook the chicken at 350* for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches between 160*-170*. February 19, 2016 at 2:32 pm.

Optional: 1 lb ground meat, I like Eastern Market’s NC hot sage sausage. 1 Crush garlic and sauté it in 2 TBSP butter. 2 Add vodka and cook for 3 minutes. 3 Pour in tomatoes and stir. 4 Pour in cream and stir, set on low, stirring every once in a while. 5 In a separate pan, cook the meat, making sure it browns all the way through.
