I'm not a member but I have been thinking of joining for a wee while now. Unfortunately I don't know any members who attend lodges in Carlisle. I do have a couple of friends and family members who are members, but they are all north of the border. Is there any hope for me? Can someone join without a friend or relative proposing them?
