In the 40 masters Omnium, Cycle Logic/Bike Works team member, Rob Robins. In the woman's Cat 1-3 criterium held downtown Gainesville on Sunday, Cycle Logic/Bike Works team member, Cindy Tompkins. Random thoughts of a Woodall. Friday, December 21, 2007. Alright, I am sorry for leaving everyone hanging so long! I have been pretty busy lately with work and the holidays, and trying to take a test online to keep points off of my drivers license after getting a speeding ticket. Now as far as the racing, let me update you. Fortunately I had enough gap on 8th that I was able to take home 7th place. Work at it that much harder for next year. Monday, December 3, 2007. Random thoughts of a Woodall. Monday, April 7, 2008. GSC #1.not my time. Good thing I brought my arm warmers and a few layers. getting dressed and ready in the cold wasn't fun, but once I was warming up on the bike I was feeling good. My power still wasn't feeling like I wanted it to but definetly felt better than at Gainesville. Getting to the starting line I was really surprised with the turnout we had. 17 experts and pro's! The whistle blew and I got in my pedal quick and got a good start.

On the way we stopped in a town. Called Vienne to watch the Tour stage at a bar. Itll be interesting. To watch as the pro peloton ascends the same slopes that we climbed. My easy week turned into a full on rest week - partially wrist induced, and partially laziness induced. What can I say? I got back out there today. We had a team ride down south, pre-riding the state road race championships course. Six miles and 700 feet of climbing - not too shabby for around here. 自転車日記
先週末、３連休はキャンプに行ってました。青木湖。 で、今週末、、仕事が忙しいので出勤。 霧ケ峰まで ５４分３８秒！ 余裕の１時間切り。最速記録。 来年まで維持できるか。。。 40分30秒。前とそれほど変わっていなかった。。。なんで。。 日記サボってましたが、走ってきました。乗鞍。 25日は都合により車中泊となる。。。スキー場駐車場は穴場だった。 5時30分起床。6時に朝食。アンパンほか。 7時59分 Dクラススタート。10列目くらいからか。 中間地点では31分台の好タイム。だか、、第2チェックポイントの前に左ふくらはぎと前腿が攣りそう。 ほとんど攣った状態。 ストレッチをしながら、過負荷にならないようにまわして上った。 特にタイマーを気にせず、ゴール後に目をやると19分台。ちょっと悔しかった。 17分台はいけると思っていた。ちょっと甘かった。油断した。 下山後、無料温泉につかって 帰宅。一人寂しかったので抽選会には出ず。 夕方、霧ケ峰まで。54分台。 12288; 乗鞍に向け、今週はダイエット週間にしよう。 12288; 最後の調整。

Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Our own Lambert Vaes riding up the Galibier last month in the French Alps, like a BOSS. Monday, June 24, 2013. Ocala Road Race (Sunday). Lambert Vaes (2nd) and Kerry Duggan (3rd) represented in Ocala for the orange and gray of Cycle Logic. Basically Lambert and I plus a guy from Florida Velo attacked 50 racers on Pumpkin hill (Germantown) and managed to stay away the last 4 miles to finish 8 seconds ahead of the bunch. (and as it turned out 3 massive crashes near the finish).

Rad geht nutze ich also mein Fixie, denn das fährt und fährt. Fast wartungsfrei kommt man damit über das ganze Jahr und eben auch von A nach B, wenn alle anderen Räder mal streicken.
