If my GPS is any indication, the course was more like 55 miles instead of 62, and the climbing closer to 1800 feet than the expected 3600. That being said, it was a good time for a good cause, and I finished it in a pretty respectable time (just a pinch over 3 hours in the saddle). Despite my brief burst of energy on Saturday morning that helped me get in some mileage, the rest of the weekend was spent lethargic and on the couch mostly.
