Well I discovered that when I used my MTB to ride with my buddies not long a go. The distance was 14 KM but the amount of calorie burnt was 2.5 times higher compared to when I was on my road bike. Yes, I am addicted. Closer to one of my goals. April 1, 2010. Yesterday, I hit a milestone of 500 miles for the season so far. As I’ve said before, one of my goals is to put 4,000 miles on my bike this year. Most of the miles are short rides of about 30 or less with my longest so far a little over 50 miles.
