Sunday, August 23, 2009. Yesterday was so much fun! The competition was small but fierce! I placed 5th in my class.of course everyone wants to go home with a 1st place trophy, but I truly had no expectations going into it and I also knew I needed to be leaner. I set a goal for myself to lose 20 lbs. for this show and I did it! I had such a great group of family and friends there to cheer me on and celebrate with me afterwards! I love my girls and our posing coaches Tiffani and Ilana!

Tuesday, August 11, 2009. TRAIN, EAT, SLEEP, REPEAT! Only 10 more days until my competition! I am getting SO excited! I got a new program from Cathy that I will follow until the show.I about died when I got it! I didn't do anything like this for my first competition.I was eating turkey sandwiches up until the day before the show! Not that a sandwich is bad, but if you manipulate things the way I am this time it really makes a huge difference when you get on stage. August 11, 2009 at 10:55 PM.
