The way our family sees it. 9 pounds and so much more. In December I finally got my act together and decided to prioritize my physical health again. I missed exercising and found my body reacting poorly to turning 30 and having two pregnancies under my belt. So I set small goals and finally got to the point in March that if I had to miss a work out, I truly missed not going. So far I have lost 9 pounds!
