Tuesday, January 18, 2011. The kids skated for an hour then we all went to a movie, Secretariat. It was a good wholesome Disney show. When that was over, we took the kids back to skate. It was dark and cold then so the ice was better for skating. Monday, January 10, 2011. She is missing the big hair though. A slide show was also included which had some fun baby pictures of all the Royalty. Saturday night at the dance she was crowned Senior Ball Queen! His coach also had him wrestle Varsity one time. ...

Sweetspirited: August 2009
http://sweetspirited.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 27, 2009. It's been a while. I know. I've actually been working on a post but can't quite figure out the point I'm trying to make so it's on the back burner for a little bit. Sad when that happens. (Especially when it's not infrequent). Today I bought apple pears at Costco. Have you had those? Tomatoes (yes, I do know that's a fruit). Apple pears (try them! And probably everything else. Is there anything you'd switch in these groups? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Check Out My Family Blog!

Sweetspirited: December 2009
http://sweetspirited.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 19, 2009. Record Snowfall in DC. I just read about the snow storm in DC and it brought up a memory that I am going to share. Ready? That's a long time ago. I was pregnant with Lindsey and Daniel was interviewing at USUHS and Georgetown medical schools. I flew out to meet him and check out the area (and although obviously with hindsight- I remember thinking then that that's where we would go to school. That's my Grandma Groberg in me). Anyway, back to the story. I'm still remembering...

http://lifeintheqc.blogspot.com/2010/01/happy-new-year.html
Life in the QC. Monday, January 4, 2010. 2010 is here whether we like it or not.So far a huge mile stone has been made in our house. Noah is officially out of a crib. Yes, he is 2 1/2 and I know it's time but I was not ready! It's like a little bit of freedom has been taken from me. Every mother knows what I mean! Oh well. We had to act fast, so the mattresses are just on the floor until I find a bed that I like that is in my price range.good luck to me! He looks so little on that queen mattress! Image: ...

In this together: It's a Boy!!!
http://bryceandkaren.blogspot.com/2009/08/its-boy.html
Thursday, August 27, 2009. On Monday, August 24 at 7:02 PM our second child was born. To our great surprise, he was a boy. We didn't actually find out the gender beforehand, but I was as sure as could be that the baby was a girl, and managed to bamboozle my lovely wife into thinking the same thing. Suffice it to say we are absolutely thrilled with the little boy who has just joined our lives and are very happy with the name we chose for him (notwithstanding the adventure it was to name him). We love the ...

http://lifeintheqc.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Life in the QC. Sunday, May 24, 2009. Matt and I got to spend 5 days in Washington D.C. sight seeing, touring, attending his brother Christian and his wife Sara's graduation, and going to their sealing. The sealing and graduation is what brought us there and I am forever grateful for the opportunity that we had to go. It was an amazing sealing and the temple is gorgeous! In front of the Capitol Building. He may just keep getting babied a little longer, if Matt lets me. We had a fun celebration. W...Well ...

http://bryceandkaren.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 4, 2009. My brother commented the other day our blog is going downhill. (I think he was joking. But isn't there some truth behind every joke? I apologize. . Actually, Bryce would say I don't need to apologize. So for him, I take back the apology. I won't apologize. I'll just acknowledge the truth. . 3) I'm way behind on laundry, house cleaning, and opening mail. Sad. It drives me crazy too. I wish a snap of the fingers could take care of it.
