This section of path, approaching the fields, has been cleared waiting for the stone to be delivered tomorrow, Tuesday 26th May. The path has been kept open over the Bank Holiday weekend, but will be closed when the stone has been delivered and laid. Diversion signs will be in place during closed periods. There are also three Link Routes, leading from the centre of the major cities of Bradford and Leeds and from Harrogate to the start of the Dales Way at Ilkley.

YDNPA Rangers assisted by Lloyds Banking Group volunteers have repaired 50 metres of a serious wet path in Haugh Wood, approximately half a mile south of Appletreewick.
