Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Charlie's first day of school. Charlie's first day of school was this week! I had prepared myself for this to be an emotional parting, a big moment for both him and for me. It wasn't. He happily played, and I happily left and ran errands with Annie. It was great! Saturday, February 5, 2011. After a few ice days, we got some snow! Charlie loved it; Annie.not so much. The kids dressed up as their favorite characters this year: Caroline was Sofia the First and Matthew was Woody. Saturday, September 28, 2013. Kindergarten, Here She Comes! Caroline is four weeks into Kindergarten and it's going GREAT! We just love our little neighborhood school, and I feel like it's finally becoming our "new normal". Caroline is still struggling with some behaviors after school from being SO exhausted. Monday, February 25, 2013. We had a fun time celebrating LOVE. We kicked things off by learning our love verse, Deut. 6:5. We made a craft to go along with it:. Then we made a countdown chain for the daddy/daughter dance. A certain someone was having a hard time waiting for the big day ;-) The countdown chain really helped!
