http://afarewelltransmission.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 26, 2008. You lucky buggers get two posts in one weekend! Last weekend Sarah, Corey and I made our way to ATP (All Tomorrows Parties) music festival. A different band each year curates the line-up. This year was curated by Explosions in the Sky, instrumental post-rockers from Austin, Texas. They did a swell job. The line up: Animal Collective, Polvo, Broken Social Scene, Iron and Wine, Dinosaur. Jr, Eluvium, Ola Podrida. And, of course, Explosions in the Sky. Drinks on a pirate ship. The seco...

Saturday, August 25, 2007. Well the big move from the X mansion is till haunting me. Last night I had some wacky dreams about having to go back and clean all the rubbish out that we had left behind. Needless to say I was unhappy about it. Posted by Sarah at 3:33 AM. Wednesday, August 15, 2007. The Journey Beginith Here. Greetings, O faithful Observer! Monday, June 23, 2008. Scotland - Spring Holiday Part 5 of 5. After touching down in Edinburgh late one Sunday night we woke up to the brightest, warmest, sunniest day of the trip! And the good weather continued for the remaining 8 days Jess and Andrew spent in the UK. They seemed to have accidentally packed up the warm weather and taken it home with them too. I think it may be still lost somewhere in Beijing Airport. Stirling Castle, notice the chavs in the corners. On the shores of Loch Lomand. This ga...

Farewell Transmission: September 2007
http://afarewelltransmission.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 27, 2007. We've already seen hungary and are now in Romania. Budapest was an amazing city - a middle ground between East and West Europe. Romania is interesting because its post communism and it seems the whole country is under construction. Everyone is building their own 'Western' style mansion so the roads are lined with half finished garishly painted shells. They move in as soon as they have one room completed then build around that. Labels: Eastern Europe Trip. Well, we've made it.

Sunday, April 13, 2008. It's the eve of our trip to Spain, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria, so we thought we'd take this opportunity to reflect on the last few weeks in foggy London town. And what a few weeks it's been! Spring is on the way and the weather has gone troppo! The first signs of spring sprang up a few weeks ago with the onset of hoards of daffodils. This is Sarah outside the terrific War Museum. That's a big gun she's wielding. This is Corey Mahar in our lounge room. Posted by Andy at 9:46 PM.

Posted by Andy at 5:03 PM. Sunday, November 25, 2007. Anyway I'll let the pictures do the talking:. Check out those guns! The streets of Velinko Tarnovo.

Sunday, January 27, 2008. Edinburgh -a weekend in review. Edinburgh. Last bastion for the civil Scotsman, capital of Scotland and a lovely weekend getaway. We went there on one such weekend. Sure it was cold, sure it has very few hours of actual sunlight and sure it has Scottish people living. There but we still loved it nonetheless. Edinburgh castle around dusk (about 2pm). Lovely. The next day walking up the castle from the car park. We in no way know any of the people featured in this photo. The rathe...
