In Loving Memory of David D. Taylor. David Dwane Taylor was born February 23, 1984 to David and Barbara Taylor. He is the oldest of three siblings. He has a younger sister, Tracy and a younger brother, Matt. When David was six months old, he was diagnosed with epilepsy.
