La parcelle domine sur toute la vallée des Beaujolais et Beaujolais Villages. Quand le ciel est dégagé, on peut apercevoir Big Ben Mais c’est aussi signe de pluie.

Biojolaise, 11 Avril 2016 au Château de Pizay. L'an Passé, David était notre invité d'honneur en 2014. Cette année, il est encore des nôoooootres (comme le dit si bien la chanson! Je suis jeune viticulteur en Beaujolais, cette région dont on dit qu'elle est "Terre d'accueil" ou encore pour les intimes "la petite Toscane". Après une collision avec une météorite, j'ai repassé mon Bac, agrippé un diplôme de Sommelier conseil, ceinturé un BTS en Viticulture-oenologie. Et je n'ai pas dit mon dernier mot!
