August 4, 2015. Unley City Council has told Adelaide City Council and the Adelaide Park Lands Authority that any vision for the re-vitalisation of the south parklands (see numbers 17 to 22 in the map below) should entice more people to visit the area through the provision of new built facilities, such as more parking, the introduction of toilets and cafes, and increased sporting activity .(And, perhaps, a dog park). 8221;”…Unley has said that the area should provide multitude attractions. 8220;In additio...

Fair-weather footy “fans”. August 2, 2015. OK So the weather gods weren’t too kind on the SANFL brigade at the weekend… with just over 7000 diehards bothering to support their heroes. Almost enough to fill one side of Hindmarsh Stadium! Or a tenth of Adelaide Oval. Or, to put it another way…a miniscule percentage of the State’s million-plus population supported our national sport with their presence. From → Adelaide Oval. Larr; Unnatural acts from NRMB. Madam Cash calls it quits. |

Madam Cash calls it quits. August 2, 2015. At last. And much too late. And goodbye to the Gravy Train, Bronwyn, having brought the Speaker’s Chair into appalling disrepute. Your raping of the public purse was an exercise in cynical self interest and a disgrace that went on for far too long, thanks to the closing of the Government ranks. It took far too long for you to know that the cookie jar’s lid had been shut tight. You will go down in history, of course…for all the wrong reasons. From → currency.

Advertisers’ nightmare. |
https://grumpyinunley.wordpress.com/2015/08/05/advertisers-nightmare
August 5, 2015. Hand on heart, “Grumpy” claims NEVER to have bought anything as the result of an advertisement on television. A veritable telly-marketer’s nightmare. But how can anyone resist the temptation to lash out on an indispensable electronic gizmo which (and this is TOTALLY unbelievable) allows you to track, street by street, the route that the pizza delivery boy is taking to your home! Here below is a selection of recent issues, that you can download as pdfs. Leave one →. March 22, 2013 1:27 pm. Good afternoon Mr Hudson,. Thank you for your concern and assistance.
