Looking Ahead: October 2008
http://dcsavoie.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 2, 2008. End of the year. As the season starts to wind down for some of us, and if over for others, its time to look ahead to the off season and winter training, or for others a much needed break. The off season however holds an even bigger draw than light easy training. I get to put some time back into the things i have been missing all year! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Looking Ahead: July 2010

Thursday, July 29, 2010. Ok, so i was digging around my computer, facebook, and anywhere else photos might hide, and i found some amusing ones of me from the last year or so. enjoy (or cry). Bike crash at 35mph a few weeks back. A huge thanks to specialized for keeping my head safe, that would have been ugly without the helmet. Out of the swim in first place. I went on to win by over 6 minutes. I shot the entire weekend at the Philadelphia triathlon dressed like this, classy right?

Looking Ahead: October 2009

Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Sept 26th saw the toyota Half ironman (for those of you that remember this was the race with the hurricane last season), and MUCH better weather. I was really just looking to use this as a long training day as i had been sick with H1N1 for 12 days and a cold just before that (being sick for 2 weeks straight is not ideal prep for a HIM! Thats all for now! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Xterra- The world's fastest wetsuits.

Looking Ahead: August 2010
http://dcsavoie.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 29, 2010. My training racing has been going alright (ok the race today was horrible, but through no fault of my own for once, got kicked in the face and had my goggles shatter, a chain come off, and then a crash right in front of my ending the day). Training is going well, and my run is still improving. Last weekend she raced at the Outdoor Divas triathlon in boulder and placed 3rd. Art is working up to his first full Ironman in Madison, WI in a few weeks. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Looking Ahead
http://dcsavoie.blogspot.com/2010/06/everything-is-finally-feeling-good.html
Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Heading back to ohio for Youth Nationals with one of the girls from sacred heart (the crew team I'm coaching right now) on thursday, and will be home at my parents for the week after that getting in hopefully a lot of training and seeing old friends. In other news, life has been all over the place recently. Some friend issues, trying to find a summer job, and getting a lot busier with training and photography has left me a bit mentally fried, so the time at home should be good.

Friday, September 5, 2008. Its been a while, so I thought it only fitting (and mike keeps bugging me to put up some new stuff, thanks buddy). After rockman, which ended horribly, i took a step back and started working with a new coach, pro triathlete Zach Ruble. I have thrown down some awesome training weeks, and picked up a new frame in the past two months or so. The bike is rockin (a blue T16, along with the new wheels, thanks Blackwell!
