The drive from Death Valley along the East Side of the Sierra Nevada was simply glorious. The Sierra were like the Alps, with snowy, jagged peaks. I was so enthralled with the experience that I didn’t capture any images with the iPhone for posting immediately, although I made D800 panoramas which I will probably insert later.
