So first off all, When I got up to go to work, everyone else had already gone, I discovered that Gigi was gone! I searched the house and cupboards fifteen times. Then I searched all the neighborhood and no Gigi! And I thought, no you get it. Nothing bad should ever happen on April 1st cause no one believes it!

Tuesday, November 1, 2011. I know I know it has been FOREVER since I was on. I am determined this time to figure it all out and start blogging. Tonight for dinner we make scalloped potatoes and baked chicken. My kids all ate tons. They loved it. Boneless skinless chicken breast cut in half. Dip the chicken in ranch and then in Italian Bread Crumbs. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake uncovered 350 for 30 min. 2 lbs sliced pre cooked potatoes. 1 regular can cream of chicken soup. 1 1/2c shredded cheese.
