Dixie And Tilly | Dixie
https://chrissiedixie.wordpress.com/about
The Adventures of a Mountain Boxer. Dixie Chick (Kennel Club name Lomali Born To Be Wild), was born on 5th November, 2001. She follows a long line of distinguished family Boxers. When I was born, many years ago, my parents already had two wonderful Boxers, Candy and Tina. In fact, all my baby photos show me attached in some way to a loving Boxer or two. However, Ragga and Dixie soon became the best of friends too,. Dixie and Tilly soon became inseparable, with Dixie taking it upon her to teach Tilly ever...

Back On Kinder Again – A Milestone For Tilly | Dixie
https://chrissiedixie.wordpress.com/2015/04/17/back-on-kinder-again-a-milestone-for-tilly
The Adventures of a Mountain Boxer. Getting Wet On The Cumbria Way. Boulter’s Bimble →. Back On Kinder Again – A Milestone For Tilly. April 17, 2015. The last time Tilly was on Kinder was back in January, camping out at Mermaids Pool. Along with James and Reuben. Only about a fortnight after that, she suddenly had a serious relapse with a spinal problem that had surfaced a year ago. So serious, in fact, that for a few days we really thought we were going to lose her. Love being out on the moors and mount...

Travels by foot, bicycle, or motorhome. Wednesday, 29 June 2011. A new suit of clothes - update. So the new seat covers have arrived and very smart they look too. Here's one of the front seats. These are stretch over covers, which are easy to fit and remove. Dee's folks actually fitted them for us. And these are the covers they made for the sofas. Once again, find Dee's website at www.motorhomeseatcovers.co.uk. They're based in Stockport but appear to do most of their business by mail order.. Here it is...

Travels by foot, bicycle, or motorhome. Thursday, 26 May 2011. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. Tomorrow (27th May) we set off for a couple of weeks while Chrissie and Dixie, hopefully, complete the Pennine Way. Tilly and I are providing support and accommodation with the van, at a very reasonable rate. See Chrissie's blog for details of their progress thus far (link at the bottom of the page). So, no further stuff on here 'til after 12th June. Wednesday, 25 May 2011. We had a pleasant...

Tread Lite cuben tent pockets mk2 | blogpackinglight
https://blogpackinglight.wordpress.com/2015/08/08/tread-lite-cuben-tent-pockets-mk2
Trip diaries and series. Tread Lite cuben tent pockets mk2. After a bit of a conflab with Paul, he sent me a mark 2 version of the cuben tent pockets. These are 13cm deep (20 cm wide) compared with 10cm for the originals and designed with the Scarp in mind. At the same time, I bought a First Aid Kit pouch from Paul, which is rather nice. If your tent hasn’t got pockets and you’d like to have some, this seems like an ideal solution. I believe Paul is going to make a few to test the market&...Very interest...

Les barricades mystérieuses, Francois Couperin — Gorgeous! | Peewiglet's Plog

Thoughts, doings and listenings. Les barricades mystérieuses, Francois Couperin — Gorgeous! The Tree of Life. Just now I had to stop and dash upstairs to the computer, to identify this beautiful music. Just gorgeous! And a slightly too fast (IMO) version, but what amazing playing! Back to the fiLm now🙂. Ender’s Game the Movie — Review | Peewiglet's Plog

Thoughts, doings and listenings. Ender’s Game the Movie — Review. Quite a lot of years ago now I listened to this as an audiobook as I walked Piglet on the beach. I was immediately drawn in: what a fantastic book, I felt! Probably my favourite amongst hundreds of books that I’ve listened to on MP3, even though Science Fiction is not my usual thing. Sorry to say, but if you’ve not seen it yet, and you loved the book, then I’d suggest that you don’t bother😦. Feed You can leave a response. Next Post ».

Website finally back up again | Peewiglet's Plog
https://peewiglet.wordpress.com/2014/11/15/website-finally-back-up-again
Thoughts, doings and listenings. Website finally back up again. Is there anybody out there? Old pals might remember that in 2010 I stupidly allowed my peewiglet.com domain name to expire. It was snapped up by a US internet company keen to sell it back to me for some ridiculously inflated price. I registered a similar domain name instead, but didn’t ever get round to re-uploading the page. This entry was posted on Saturday, November 15th, 2014 at 3:28 pm and is filed under Uncategorized.
