Tuesday, 30 September 2014. Exploring the Hen Hole. Working my way up toward the final waterfall, the way ahead looked daunting, however, by keeping to the left a very easy scramble led up and over and in to the inner reaches of the corrie, the back of which opens out to a T shape, flanked all round by steep ground and high ridges. Sunday, 25 January 2015. Mike had proposed a few days walkies in January. Still a tad sore from a pulled muscle I suggested a fixed camp rather than lug loads of gear. These are 13cm deep (20 cm wide) compared with 10cm for the originals and designed with the Scarp in mind. At the same time, I bought a First Aid Kit pouch from Paul, which is rather nice. If your tent hasn’t got pockets and you’d like to have some, this seems like an ideal solution. I believe Paul is going to make a few to test the market&...Very interest...

I was immediately drawn in: what a fantastic book, I felt! Probably my favourite amongst hundreds of books that I’ve listened to on MP3, even though Science Fiction is not my usual thing.
