Scoop du jour: The paradox of choice (yes, I am aware of and have read the book by the same name)

Tuesday, December 05, 2006. The paradox of choice (yes, I am aware of and have read the book by the same name). I spent 20 minutes in Sears today choosing socks. Well, the socks themselves were not the issue. The issue was knee-highs for work. I like wearing fishnets for two reasons: 1) not boring, and 2) for some reason, men notice. Anytime they are not speaking to my chest I count as time well spent. Para; 9:07 PM. Hot pink fish net knee highs? AND YOU DID NOT BUY THEM? Links to this post:.

Phil Travels The World: October 2007
http://philtravelstheworld.blogspot.com/2007/10
Phil Travels The World. Monday, 15 October 2007. Friday, 12 October 2007. 4 members of our team didn't show up for the first race but we were determined to do our best. We won the race 18sec ahead of the other boat and we were all really getting into it. It was however incredibly painful in the arms and we welcomed the break until the next race. http://philtravelstheworld.blogspot.com/2007/11
Phil Travels The World. Wednesday, 28 November 2007. Khama Rhino Sanctuary, Botswana. We arrived at the "A Frame" lodge at Khama Rhino Sanctuary. We went back for a shower which happened to be an outdoor shower and toilet which just some wooden fencing around it. You could still see out through the gaps and was really nice and relaxing having a shower and looking out for Rhinos and other animals. Friday, 23 November 2007. Limpopo River Lodge, Botswana. Thursday, 22 November 2007. The Drive to Botswana.

Scoop du jour: August 2006
http://scoopdujour.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 31, 2006. Wow, 4 days into the blog and I am running out of ideas. I am feeling really lethargic lately, and I think it's because work is not so busy right now (i.e. normal). When the House comes back in a few weeks I will be looking at this time nostalgically. In lieu, I am going to put up some of my favourite pictures from my recent trip - yes the same pictures I strongly and frequently suggested everyone look at on my Flickr page. Para; 5:34 PM. Links to this post. Feeling kind of old.

Scoop du jour: A diary of the lazy
http://scoopdujour.blogspot.com/2006/12/diary-of-lazy.html
Saturday, December 16, 2006. A diary of the lazy. I have been inspired by K. To think about my own path to becoming someone who was once "someone who works out" but is now "someone who continues to pay for a gym membership." I used to scoff at those people who were too tired to work out after work or couldn't find the time. I don't even have a boyfriend, let alone children, yet in the past month or so my workout schedule has been this:. Go to the gym after work. Leave gym bag at work. Even God says so!

Phil Travels The World: September 2007
http://philtravelstheworld.blogspot.com/2007/09
Phil Travels The World. Monday, 10 September 2007. The Bristol Half Marathon (13.1 miles/21km). I was up bright and early on the Sunday morning to get breakfast in 2.5 hours before the race began. With everything I needed ready (ipod shuffle and race number) I set off to the centre of Bristol to meet up with a few friends from work who also ran the race. Best of luck to Chris and Jacqui and I look forward to seeing you guys again soon in Durban South Africa. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Bristol Half M...
