Most ideas need time to cool. Posted August 24, 2010. As I hurried through my morning routine yesterday, it was nice to hear about something other than the devastating floods in Pakistan. Until the talk turned to Chile I was shocked to hear that it will be another 4 months before the trapped Chilean miners will be rescued. Nothing takes 4 months, I told my radio. Google it. See for yourself, it suggested (in not so many words). Ever the visual learner, I found myself convinced:. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Most ideas need time to cool. Posted December 30, 2009. Steve and I have begun reading to each other. Initially, we selected Dumas’. The Count of Monte Cristo. Ahhhhere we go. Nothing like the comfort of traveling on an adventure with a good friend. Alas, this adventure proved to be less enjoyable than I remembered mainly because I don’t speak French. I guess I never noticed before that half the book is in French. I must have skimmed over that half. Last night we began phase two of book club: Sedaris’.
