A big part of what we do at Wishes of Literacy is listening. Parents come to us, confused, overwhelmed, and angry and really need to be guided in the right direction. We listen, make recommendations, refer to doctors and specialist, and help them request services in school. At our workshops and events they get to meet other parents who are also going through the same experiences and emotions. Below is our local referral list for doctors and service providers:.
