I hadn't ever made my own meatballs before, but since my son asked for Spaghetti for his birthday dinner I decided I'd better do something a little more special than just the same ol' spaghetti we usually have. This recipe turned out really good. It's makes a TON but you can freeze them for future dinners, either of spaghetti and meatballs, or meatball sandwiches, or even as appetizers. *. 4 Eggs, slightly beaten. 1 1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs. 4 tsp minced garlic.

Throughout the book it talks about challah bread which kept making me feel so hungry! I found the recipe on Pinterest (where else? And also the instructions on how to braid the challah. Saturday, May 30, 2015. Butterscotch Peanut Butter Muddy Buddies. Today my family hiked to a local waterfall and let the kids play in the water.and the mud.to their hearts content. At some point during the afternoon they started calling each other their Muddy Buddies which got us all craving a little Muddy Buddy snack when we got home. These are actually a fun twist on the original Chex Muddy Buddy and I really, really love them! 6 cups Chex cereal. 1 cup salted peanuts. 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips.

The Pinterest version was only for table manners so I made a few special cards of my own. For example, "you grabbed something out of someones hand.move back 5000 spaces! Friday, March 27, 2015. Yes, I was that embarrassing mom who took her big huge camera instead of just taking crappy cellphone pictures, but I'm glad that I did. I sat in the back with all the boys because all the other teachers get carsick (or so they say! I took a cute picture of Zac with his buddies Jordan, Jackson, and DJ. Then they have a little orientation meeting and head off to their businesses to get to work. I was put in charge of helping 5 kids run First Security Bank and, boy was it hectic!

I love how she tried to pretend like her volleyball shoes were a complete surprise. What a silly girl! Sunday, May 17, 2015. Yesterday we finished up another season of soccer. We didn't have as many wins this season as we would have liked, but it was fun anyway. We had several practices and one game canceled because of rain, but that is just Spring Soccer for you! So now instead of just Spring and Fall soccer he will be doing soccer for 9 months of the year, with the winter months being Futsal (indoor soccer.) He lives and breathes for soccer though so I don't think he will mind! Alexis - Age 13.
