Thursday, March 02, 2006. Experienced Brain Injury Lawyer Makes Difference. I have a friend (she doesn't want me to use her name; she's very private) who was involved in a car-truck accident a while back. A semi changed lanes quickly in front of her on the interstate, clipping her car and sending her spinning into a retaining wall. She hit her head at some point during the crash and she thinks she briefly lost conciousness. Her main injury, so she thought, were the torn ligaments in her ankle. Like most ...

Wednesday, February 22, 2006. The safety of all tissue used for transplantation has been called into question by recent recalls by the Food and Drug Administration. Friday, March 03, 2006. Women Can Fight Fat with Weights. A new study indicates that women can fight belly fat by lifting weights twice a week. By just lifting weights twice a week for an hour, women can battle the buildup of tummy fat that often takes hold with aging, a new study suggests. And they didn't even diet. The study focused on intra-abdominal fat, the deep fat that wraps itself around organs and is the most unhealthy because it's linked with heart disease. OK, ladies start pumping that iron!

Thursday, March 02, 2006. Did you hear the one about the lawyer who . Actually did some good? All kidding aside, for the most part lawyers are good people if you're the client, as evidenced by by this post about a brain injury lawyer. My experience with lawyers in general is that they'll really fight for you. They have to, there's so many of them out there that they have a lot of competition. Unless you live in a small town; then you're really stuck. Posted by earth2you2 at 12:33 PM. What We Listen To.

Tuesday, March 07, 2006. Athens In a sea of Greek letters on the University of Georgia campus, Beta Upsilon Chi stands apart. Not for what it is a social fraternity but for what it stands for: Brothers Under Christ."The biggest thing you hear is 'Why? Said Jake Webster, president and founder of the fraternity and a third-year student from Alpharetta. "People don't understand why you're here.". Fraternities and Christ seem unlikely bedfellows at a football-frenzied university with a party school reputation.

A conservative man's view of the world as it really is. Tuesday, March 28, 2006. Have you heard about the Taliban terrorist going to school at Yale. No, this in not a joke. Sayed Rahmatullah Hashemi, former deputy liar-to-the-public for the Taliban, is enrolled at Yale and attending classes.
