The Deranged Hermit's Devlog. Monday, 18 August 2014. Nintendo's real appeal (not nostalgia). There was a thread on Facebook with some of my friends discussing this article about one lady's rediscovery of Nintendo. It's pretty good, you should check it out. I have my own two cents to add, though. It's not directly related, nor do I disagree with anything she says. It relates specifically to the ubiquitous argument that Nintendo focuses mainly on nostalgia for its success. I'm playing Super Mario 3D World.
