February 11, 2010. So this years New Years resolution is to get into shape. Not just any shape. Im talking single digit body fat percentage. I wrote a blog about the Triathlon I did in September of 2009. Actually, funny enough the photo of me on the intertube shows me about 3 weeks before my Triathlon. October 15, 2010. Crossfit 8 Months Later…. I have gotten a great response from Facebook friends, so I figured I’d blog about it. I was in the best shape I had been in for years as indicated in the Triathlon photo below… That was in September of 2009. I found Crossfit later that winter. I began diving into Paleo Nutrition.
