sardined: February 2006

I'm in here somewhere! Sunday, February 26, 2006. Because of feeling this way, my weekend was somewhat unproductive. I feel pretty bad about that, but I'm sure I'll make up for it once I feel better. There is a John Denver special on the public broadcasting channel right now, and I'm really enjoying it. I think I need to get his cd. I still have my albums, but nothing to play them on. I've been singing along, reliving my crush from when I was ten years old! Posted by lorguru @ 7:49 PM. Since I used the h...

I'm in here somewhere! Thursday, September 28, 2006. My husband is doing the same. He goes to the kidney doctor this afternoon. Thanks again for everyone's thoughts and prayers! Posted by lorguru @ 10:19 AM. Sunday, September 24, 2006. Things are okay. My husband is out of the hospital. We are currently waiting for a nurse to come to the house to give him a shot and show me how to do it for the next few days. It goes right into his belly. It won't be easy for me. I'm in here somewhere! Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Well, I've wasted little time in my search for employment! I sent a resume and cover letter out last night, got a call in the morning, and had an interview this afternoon. It was for a position in Marketing, more or less. I think it went well. I was there, being interviewed, for. They are going to call me back tomorrow morning to let me know when I can come back to meet the owner. I actually liked it. We'll see what happens. I'm in here somewhere! Sunday, September 09, 2007. Well, guess what? We got divorced (end of January. We tried to get back together. We broke up once and for all. I'm working in a new school as an administrator. Loving it, but I'm poor because both the girls are attending the same school and there is NO discount for employees. They take the tuition from my paycheck, and even with financial aid, I'm barely braking even. I'm going to go check out some old friends' blogs to see if they are still writing!

I'm in here somewhere! Monday, March 13, 2006. Been a week or so. I haven't written anything in a week or so. I guess I started to bore myself sooner than expected! Anyway, last week was an incredibly stressful one. So many things came my way, I don't know where to begin. I started to have a lot of symptoms of anxiety, and am just now getting over some massive sleep episodes as a result. In order to maintain some privacy, I will not say which twin, nor will I be specific,. Posted by lorguru @ 5:47 PM.

sardined: November 2006

I'm in here somewhere! Saturday, November 11, 2006. Been Gone So Long. There are many reasons I have not blogged in a long time. Well, at least two. The second is that I am super, super busy with work. I still love it, but it is the most work I have ever done in my life, I believe. I am very happy, though, and that makes it all worth it. I have done zilch in the way of writing poetry lately. I'm actually too busy to miss it too much right now. I know I'll get back to it as soon as I get a chance.

http://sardined.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
I'm in here somewhere! Thursday, August 31, 2006. I teach every period of the day, including all levels of middle and high school Spanish, English, Creative Writing and Environmental Science. I get a half an hour to eat lunch, which is my only breather. Then, I come home to spend two to three hours helping my daughter with homework for her eight classes. Next, I think about how I need to prepare for tomorrow's lessons, but instead brush my teeth and crash. Posted by lorguru @ 8:24 PM. Rachel has an ortho...

I'm in here somewhere! Sunday, July 30, 2006. If anyone stopped by my blog during the hours of noon to about two pm today, you may have seen a post about the Master Cleanse Lemon Diet I was intending to start. It was deleted because I gave up after only a half day. I just could NOT force myself to drink the horrible lemon/maple syrup/cayenne pepper combination. It wouldn't go down. Posted by lorguru @ 8:32 PM. Saturday, July 29, 2006. It is so stinking hot. I was suprised at how good they were for me!
